Cold Beer is the newest concept from Kevin Gillespie and the team at Red Beard Restaurants. It is located in the Old Fourth Ward along the newly opened Eastern Trail on the Atlanta BeltLine, next to the Edgewood bridge.
Cold Beer is a continuation of the work begun at Gunshow in 2013. The restaurant is a beverage-centric concept rooted in seasonality and whimsy with an ever-changing list of cocktails and draft beer from Bar Manager Mercedes O’Brien. Chef de Cuisine Brian Baxter’s food takes inspiration from around the world, is always changing and far from ordinary.
